April 29th, 2019 – Beijing, PRC – Managing Director, Dr. Wei Tan, recently testified in an antitrust litigation case in front of Beijing Intellectual Property Court in China.

In a litigation case between Panjin Dongxing Oil Fields Service Ltd and Petro China, Dr Tan conducted economic analysis regarding market definition, evaluation the impact of alleged anticompetitive conduct, and estimation of the damages from the alleged conducts that abuse dominant position.

Dr. Tan is supported by a team of analysts from Mingde economic research.
