“Managing Director, Dr. Wei Tan, speaks at Annual Competition Policy and Law Conference in Beijing” January 17th.

January 17, 2018 – Beijing, PRC – Managing Director, Dr. Wei Tan, attended the Annual Competition Policy and Law Conference (2017/2018) in Beijing as a panel discussant. The conference attracted over 170 attendees, including officials from the three main enforcement agencies in China, judges from Chinese courts, distinguished scholars and lawyers in China.

Dr. Wei Tan joined a panel of experts to discuss the interaction between private antitrust litigation and agency enforcement. The panel also discussed recent trend in private antitrust litigation in China.
